terms of service
- Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.- You receive 2 free revisions (before render stage only). Additional revisions cost $20 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback during the initial stages.- Please make sure your brief is as clear and concise as possible- Ready your references and let me know a bit about your character's personality (if any), otherwise i would take liberties with the pose, expression and assume their personality myself
payment
- I will only start working once I receive 50% of the payment — please notify me when you do so. I will only ask for an upfront 50% when you are next in queue.- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $150 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.- Complexity Fee ranges around $15-45 for all Commissions.- If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the price will be $90.- The payment will be transferred over Paypal.- once the artwork is finished, the remaining 50% should be transferred before i send the output.
turnaround time
- Commissions may take up to 6-12 days (splash art) or 1-2 days (portraits) depending on complexity, queue, health, or other personal matters.- I will keep you updated.- If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $15. You will have to Directly Message me on discord- i will send an e-invoice before i begin the commission once the 50% upfront fee is paid.
